Mark is the founder and operator of ReFrame It Consulting, which provides strategic program design, evaluation, and implementation services. He’s helped funders and nonprofits develop strategies around diverse issues ranging from land use and transportation to renewable energy to marine conservation. He has been concerned with interconnected global trends since working on the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992. Mark serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for ORA.
