Prince Eze holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Development Studies. He has spent the past 10 years working as a social crusader, researcher/lecturer and consultant. He has closely worked with government and private firms, civil Service, international organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), lawmakers, policymakers, and academia. In the past 10 years, he has gained considerable experience in research, teaching, stakeholder engagement, climate change, social and environmental sustainability campaigns and advocacy, peace and conflict management and development studies. He was awarded the 2019 PhD Right Livelihood Scholar and was invited to Lund University in Sweden where he presented part of his research findings on social and environmental sustainability in the Niger Delta.
Dr. Eze has been hired by both national and international organizations as a research consultant for which he delivered 100 per cent and where needed, produced policy briefs, manuals and reports used for advocacy. He has publications in reputable journals and is the author of several books. He is the Founder and Chief Trustee of Hope for Tomorrow Initiative (HOFTI Centre), a registered Peace, Environment and Development non-governmental organization committed to the pursuit of the totality of human well-being. He was (in April 2022) admitted as a Fellow by the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) Generation Change Fellowship.
