Tatenda is currently a Partnerships Manager at RAWSA—Regional Advocacy for Women’s Sustainable Advancement (Middle East and North Africa). For her ORA Fellowship, she is exploring the intersectionality between gender and climate justice. The project intends to help amplify women’s voices in reclaiming narratives related to the impacts of environmental degradation and climate change on their lived realities. The overall aim is to enhance women’s equal participation and leadership in climate change policy and decision-making and; to help pave the way for structural transformation of the economic system towards more just, inclusive, and sustainable models.
