Through the center, Emery discovered himself personally (his passions, talents and skills). Afterwards, he participated in several youth projects for positive change in the refugee community where more than 150 young people and 70 adults were trained in social entrepreneurship, business and handicrafts (bag making, liquid soap, hairdressing, etc.).
In 2021, Emery had an opportunity to continue his university studies through a donor in Cameroon. In 2022, he organized training workshops for young people in Yaoundé on personal development, acquisition of digital skills and introduction to photography. More than 30 young people benefited from this free training. In 2023, through his association, hope innovation hub, he was selected in RLC YALI DAKAR COHORT 22 and in September of same year, he launched back to school edition 1 to support refugees children with school material. He dreams to empower more than 500 refugee women and young people through trainings and life skills workshops in Cameroon.
